Legal Counsel, M&A & Transactions

Start Date: Immediate / as soon as possible Duration: Approx. 6 months, with the possibility of extensions THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel for a global company in Basel, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting an Associate General Counsel and the wider legal team through a period of significant transactional activity, including a major divestment. The role spans corporate governance, M&A and transactions work. A solid foundation in corporate law and M&A is crucial for this position. Swiss legal qualification as well as English fluency is mandatory and French proficiency is a distinct advantage.
