Hybrid work model. Temporary position, maternity leave replacement (9 months).
As part of your role, you will:
- Provide legal support to LiveU entities worldwide.
- Work closely across multiple departments such as sales, procurement, product and R&D to provide professional legal and business guidance and advice on different legal and regulatory matters.
- Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements.
- Create and maintain standard templates.
- Advise various stakeholders of potential risks in contractual, financial and legal areas and propose risk mitigation strategies.
