The role involves partnering closely with business and risk teams to facilitate transactions, support strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide legal advice on banking and financing matters, including lending and client-related activities.
- Review and support structuring of transactional documentation and cross-border engagements.
- Partner with business, credit, and compliance teams on legal and risk considerations.
- Contribute to initiatives involving digital, data, and business transformation.
- Identify and help manage legal, regulatory, and operational risks.
