We are looking for a Legal Counsel for the EMEA Region to join the RES Services team. You will advise on contracts across EMEA operations, ensure legal compliance, manage risks, and collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to support our renewable energy projects.
Key Functions
- Manage a varied workload across multiple business units, including O&M;, spare parts, asset management, framework agreements, guarantees, bonds, and governance documents
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, providing clear legal guidance to operational and technical teams
- Collaborate with Services legal team and relevant business units
- Liaise with external legal advisors, ensuring quality, consistency, and value for money
