This role partners closely with senior leadership, project teams, commercial functions, and engineers to provide strategic and practical legal support across the full lifecycle of infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities of this EPC / Projects Legal Counsel:
- Advise on complex infrastructure and development projects, including EPC, construction, and project‑related commercial arrangements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of project documentation such as consultancy agreements, services contracts, MOUs, joint venture arrangements, O&M agreements, and other project development instruments.
