Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the role suits a confident lawyer who can work closely with stakeholders, manage a varied workload and balance legal risk with commercial objectives. Prior commercial contracts and/or corporate law experience or familiarity is desirable, and M&A, corporate reorganisation or wider corporate transaction experience is advantageous but not essential.
