Legal Counsel

Our client is seeking a high-calibre Corporate & Commercial Lawyer to join their highly regarded legal team in Dubai. This role involves working closely with the Group General Counsel to provide senior-level legal input and ensure the Group’s interests are protected across a diverse range of business activities. Candidates must be UK or US Qualified and currently reside in Dubai with a relevant Work Visa.

• You will focus on Contract Negotiation where you'll lead on significant negotiations with principals, suppliers, and external counsel of counterparties, documenting complex outcomes independently.
• Oversee the final terms and conditions for key Group contracts, coordinating with the GC or relevant Senior Legal Counsel for final approvals.
• Participate in Strategic Advisory management meetings to offer expert legal opinions on operational and strategic issues.
