We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Legal Counsel. This role will report to the Managing Counsel Finance Property Governance and Sustainability.
A bit about your role
As a Legal Counsel, you will provide expert legal advice that supports nbn's strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This is a unique opportunity to advise on legal matters supporting one of Australia's largest infrastructure networks, providing exposure to complex property, governance and commercial issues as part of a high-performing legal team.
You will work across nbn's national property portfolio, advising on a broad range of matters including leasing arrangements, property transactions, access agreements, co-location arrangements and general property advisory matters.
