Summary
This role provides end-to-end legal support across the full contract lifecycle in a technology environment. You will negotiate and manage complex IT agreements, including software, SaaS, and cloud solutions, assess legal risks, support public tenders, and provide clear, business‑oriented legal advice. The role also covers post‑signature contract management, handling claims, and ensuring documentation, templates, and processes are aligned with legal standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
