Legal & Corporate Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented Legal & Corporate Operations Associate to support the Head of Legal across legal, corporate governance, commercial and operational matters. This role sits at the intersection of legal, operations and business execution. The successful candidate will coordinate legal processes, manage corporate governance matters, support commercial transactions, drive operational workflows and ensure projects are delivered efficiently across multiple stakeholders.
