Legal Coordinator - Mass Civil Litigation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the legal operation of the Mass Civil Litigation area, ensuring organization, efficiency, technical quality, and compliance with deadlines.
• Manage a high-volume case portfolio, monitoring workflows, deadlines, hearings, pleadings, settlements, appeals, closures, and performance indicators.
• Lead legal and operational teams, providing technical guidance, performance monitoring, feedback, and professional development.
• Allocate tasks strategically, taking into account volume, complexity, productivity, team capacity, and client priorities.
• Track operational and legal KPIs such as SLA, productivity, success rate, settlements, adverse judgments, contingencies, deadlines, quality of pleadings, and volume per professional.
