Responsibilities

Prepare, format, proofread, and organize legal documents including contracts, subcontracts, and NDA’s

Assist with contract administration by tracking approvals, execution, renewals, and amendments

Manage and maintain lawyers’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, deadlines, and appointments

Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring meeting logistics are handled and materials are prepared

Track key legal, regulatory, and contract-related dates and deadlines, issuing reminders as required

Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and departmental records in accordance with retention guidelines

Ensure all legal documents are properly filed, labeled, and easily accessible in both electronic and physical filing systems

Assist with opening, closing, and archiving files related to ongoing and completed legal matters
