We are supporting a law firm in their search for a Real Estate Legal Assistant. They are based in the Lower Mainland and would be looking for this individual to be in the office 5 days a week.

This firm has a strong real estate practice and acts for lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions on a wide range of transactional real estate matters.

About The Role:

My client is hiring for a talented Real Estate Legal Assistant join its transactional real estate group. This is a hands‑on role focused exclusively on lending‑side real estate work.

• Draft and prepare mortgage documents, loan agreements, security documents, purchase and sale agreements and ancillary documents.
• Review and summarize title search results and property reports.
