About the Role
The Legal & Compliance Associate will support the Legal and Compliance team by reviewing and drafting contracts, managing legal documentation, conducting legal research, maintaining contract records, and providing administrative and operational support. This role works closely with the Legal Head to ensure legal documents are accurate, organized, and compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and documentation.
- Track contract lifecycles, including renewals, approvals, and expirations.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research and prepare summaries or recommendations.
