Responsibilities
- Analyze, edit, code, and annotate court documents for manual data enrichment for the Lex Machina legal analytics product.
- Identify, analyze, code, and annotate case properties, findings, outcomes (including damages), expert witnesses and build detailed case timelines linking all briefs, motions, orders, opinions and other filings for each case.
- Assist team members with analysis and editorial issues, make decisions on complex legal analysis questions, and ensure product quality by reporting errors and contributing to error resolution.
