Alantra is seeking a legal analyst to join our high‑performing, experienced, and commercially minded legal team. This role supports a broad range of transactions and advisory work across multiple jurisdictions for both our investment banking and asset management divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop Spanish and international entities in all related corporate matters, with a specific focus on asset‑management legal matters.
• Provide legal support on the structuring, launch, and maintenance of investment funds in multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for our asset‑management business, including fund documentation, investment‑management and advisory agreements, distribution arrangements, and service‑provider contracts.
