- Studies the technical aspect of new equipment and continuously improves his knowledge and skills.
- Services clients as dispatched by the Technical Head/authorized representative. Ensures that all forms are properly filled out, signed by client and submitted to assigned personnel for encoding.
- Guides the clients in conducting simple troubleshooting over the telephone.
- Ensures that Company resources such as tools, parts and monetary expenses are properly utilized and controlled; that tools are properly accounted for and parts not changed indiscriminately for machines under warranty. As much as possible, diagnoses properly and repairs with replacement as last option.
