Responsibilities

• Lease‑Up Strategy + Leadership: Plan and execute successful lease‑up programs to meet or exceed absorption and occupancy targets.
• Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor leasing teams in coordination with the Corporate Trainer to ensure consistent performance and adherence to customer service standards.
