Job Description Summary
Leasing Professional is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role performs all leasing related activities, provides resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and secures lease renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and background checks, preparing leases and move‑in packages.
- Inspect apartments prior to move‑in, ensuring they are ready and coordinate any required maintenance.
- Stay informed about market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and follow policies on concessions and specials.
