Leasing & Marketing Operator (Colombia)

Overview

We’re hiring for a high‑volume U.S. multifamily portfolio and looking for someone who can drive leasing performance, not just manage tasks. If your idea of leasing is just replying to leads and scheduling tours, this role is NOT for you.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leasing leads.
• Improve listing performance across platforms.
• Adjust pricing, positioning, and strategy based on demand.
• Identify bottlenecks in lead flow and fix them.
• Convert interest into signed leases.

Qualifications

• Proven leasing experience working with active prospects, not just renewals.
• Experience using platforms like Zillow, Apartments.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc., to generate and optimize lead flow.
• Ability to clearly explain decisions personally made to improve results (lead flow, occupancy, conversion) and the outcome.
• Strong communication and structured thinking.
