Leasing Manager

About The Role:

Be part of our IOI City Mall’s team as a Leasing Manager , driving the mall’s tenant mix and retail experience. You’ll support lease negotiations, manage tenant relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leasing Planning & Execution

• Implement leasing plans and contribute to execution in assigned mall(s) or categories.
• Contribute tenant mix planning through input on unit suitability, zoning, and tenant profiling. Prepare budget and occupancy forecasts.

2. Tenant Sourcing & Lease Negotiation

• Identify and approach target tenants (local & regional brands) for available units.
• Lead negotiations for lease terms and rental proposals in line with guidelines.
• Ensure deals are aligned with policies, budgets, and the broader leasing plan.
