TPG Management is a growing New Jersey–based property management company seeking a fully remote Leasing Manager to fully own the leasing lifecycle across our residential portfolio. This role is responsible for pricing strategy, listing performance, lease execution, move-ins, and renewals, working closely with internal stakeholders and property owners.
Responsibilities
Manage rental listings across all platforms from launch to lease-up to Tenant Move-in
Coordinate and manage showings through our systems
Run pricing comps and market analysis
Recommend and discuss pricing adjustments and strategy changes with internal stakeholders and owners
Manage applicants from showing through approval and lease execution
Prepare and manage lease execution and required leasing documents
Coordinate utility setup and tenant onboarding requirements
Send move-in letters and manage move-in communication
