Overview

TPG Management is a growing New Jersey–based property management company seeking a fully remote Leasing Manager to fully own the leasing lifecycle across our residential portfolio. This role is responsible for pricing strategy, listing performance, lease execution, move-ins, and renewals, working closely with internal stakeholders and property owners.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental listings across all platforms from launch to lease-up to Tenant Move-in
• Coordinate and manage showings through our systems
• Run pricing comps and market analysis
• Recommend and discuss pricing adjustments and strategy changes with internal stakeholders and owners
• Manage applicants from showing through approval and lease execution
• Prepare and manage lease execution and required leasing documents
