We are looking for a Leasing Executive with 5–7 years of experience in leasing and business development for commercial office spaces and retail developments.

Location: Noida

Key responsibilities include:

• Client acquisition & leasing coordination

• Handling broker and channel partner networks

• Conducting site visits and negotiations

• Tenant sourcing for office and retail spaces

• Preparing proposals, LOIs & leasing documentation

• Market research and business development
