Core Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls with prospective residents. Conduct initial applicant screening and pre-qualification calls. Follow up with leads to schedule showings and collect required documentation. Support the end-to-end leasing process from initial inquiry through application submission, including move-in coordination. Coordinate move-in activities, including confirming documentation, timelines, and readiness. Assist with marketing vacant units across listing platforms. Update and maintain accurate records in LeadSimple and internal systems. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 operational support related to leasing inquiries. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth applicant and move-in experience.
