We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Associate with proven office space leasing experience and closed deals. The position handles office, residential, commercial, and industrial properties. This is a project-based role with reporting once per week, or as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively market and lease available office, residential, commercial, and industrial units.
- Conduct property tours, especially for office spaces, and professionally present property features and benefits.
- Source and engage prospective tenants through online platforms, social media, broker networks, and direct outreach.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and executing lease agreements in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate documentation of leads, tenant communications, applications, and executed contracts.
