The Leasing Associate is the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and is responsible for showcasing JDN Realty Group properties. This role focuses on converting inquiries into signed leases, managing administrative documentation, and ensuring a high standard of tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate blends real estate knowledge with a customer‑centric approach to drive occupancy.

Complexity of Work

The role is interactive and fast‑paced, requiring a mix of outdoor property tours and indoor administrative work. While the role follows established company policies, the Associate must use independent judgment to prioritize leads and resolve minor tenant concerns during the negotiation phase.
