The Leasing Admin Assistant (Reliever) is responsible for assisting in the overall leasing operations, including handling lease inquiries, facilitating negotiations, processing lease requirements, monitoring tenant compliance, and ensuring accurate billing and reporting. The role provides vital support in tenant relations and documentation to ensure smooth leasing transactions and adherence to company policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lease Applications – Assist prospective tenants by accommodating inquiries, evaluating Letters of Intent (LOI), and endorsing for approval.
- Lease Negotiations – Propose approved rates and conduct ocular inspections to match tenant needs with available spaces.
- Lease Requirements – Verify validity of tenant-submitted documents and secure necessary permits for construction/renovation.
