About the Role

We're looking for a personable, organized Leasing Assistant to join our team at Bayview Group in Kanata, Ottawa, a newly opened residential community. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants—guiding tours, answering questions, and helping people find their next home.

What You'll Do

• Conduct property tours — Show available units to prospective tenants, highlighting features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits.
• Respond to inquiries — Answer calls, emails, and walk-in questions about availability, pricing, lease terms, and move-in requirements.
• Qualify applicants — Collect applications, verify information, and coordinate background/credit checks per company procedures.
• Support lease execution — Prepare lease documents, explain terms, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
