POSITION: ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leasing and tenant relations functions for assigned properties
- Ensure proper handover and monitoring of all signed-up leases
- Ensure tenant support on the property’s marketing plans
- Assist in upgrading retail tenants
- Internal and external coordination
- And any other tasks that may be assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course
- Real Estate License is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of Leasing and/or Sales experience in the real estate industry.
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
