Purpose
The Leasing Agent is responsible for achieving leasing targets by closing leases in alignment with the targets, conditions, guidelines, policies, and values set by the Leasing Manager. This role requires the Leasing Agent to work a schedule that ensures the Leasing Office is appropriately staffed during business hours, as determined by the Leasing Manager. This opportunity may be structured as either full‑time or part‑time based on the successful candidate’s availability and experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed leasing targets and performance expectations as established by the Leasing Manager.
- Develop a thorough understanding and practical knowledge of the Lépine product, including the apartments, buildings, lifestyle offerings, and the value proposition of leasing versus buying.
