Job Overview: The Leasing Agent is responsible for professionally qualifying prospective residents and follow‑up with them for the ultimate purpose of renting suites.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise and show units to prospective tenants within the specifications of Skyline Living, the Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code.
- Assist with checking credit references and collecting rent on a monthly basis, as required.
- Process application forms and handle all phone calls.
- Escalate issues and concerns to the Property Manager.
- Thoroughly complete all necessary paperwork (applications, leases, etc.) and conduct move‑in & move‑out inspections.
