Key Responsibilities
Review and abstract lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
Maintain accurate data in Leasecake and internal trackers.
Coordinate rent, CAM, utilities, and operating expense payments.
Track commencements, expirations, renewals, and obligations.
Ensure compliance and support ASC 842 reporting.
Act as point of contact for landlords, brokers, and legal teams.
