Overview
- Prepare lease abstracts and enter accurate lease information into the company’s lease management system
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams such as property management, accounting, and revenue/finance
- Review and summarize lease documents and related materials to support transactions, including acquisitions
- Draft lease-related agreements and documentation (e.g., amendments, estoppel certificates, surrender agreements)
- Liaise with tenants and external legal representatives as needed
- Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Completion of a post‑secondary program in business administration or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with lease or other legal/contract documentation
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
