The Opportunity

Drive System Strategy:

Serve as the global Technology PT Product Owner for Learning Management technologies (specifically Cornerstone on Demand), effectively translating complex business requirements into standardized technical solutions. Manage Lifecycle & Governance:

Direct the entire system lifecycle—including upgrades, system replacements, and retirements—while strictly adhering to established change management processes. Shape Product Roadmaps:

Partner closely with the Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team to define product vision, align roadmaps, manage feature backlogs, and prioritize system enhancements. Ensure Compliance & Data Stewardship:
