Robust experience with:Learning reporting & analytics
Advanced Excel
Power BI (dashboard refresh, publishing, access management, troubleshooting)
LMS security roles, governance, and user support
Experience with compliance/audit reporting and data quality analysis
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Experience creating process documentation, job aids, and knowledge articles
Strong communication and stakeholder support skillsPreferredSuccessFactors reporting/data extracts
SharePoint & Microsoft Teams administration
Learning data integrations
Automation and continuous improvement experience
