Learning Support Assistant (Mainstream) – Flexible Hours

Milton Keynes College is seeking a Teaching Support Assistant (Mainstream) for occasional hours on an hourly paid basis. Based at the Milton Keynes campus, the successful candidate will support learners to achieve their potential across various subjects. Responsibilities include collaborating with curriculum staff and providing classroom support.

This role requires good availability for morning or afternoon sessions and involves cover during staff sickness. The ideal candidate should have a minimum English & Maths Level 2 and experience working with individuals with additional needs.
