Learning Support Assistant

About the Role

A Learning Support Assistant will be part of our Learning Support Team across various BSB campuses, working both full‑time and part‑time. The role requires an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning, adopting relevant strategies to support teachers and enhance pupil achievement, including pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. The ideal candidate will work under the direction of the Headteacher, Director of Student Support, Learning Support Lead and class teachers.

The role is expected to commit to the wider life of the school and our enrichment programme.

Experience & Qualifications

• English language: advanced.
• Qualification in support teaching (desirable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing support in teaching (desirable).
