Role Overview

• The child communicates using sign language and an AAC communication device which helps her express her needs, choices, feelings and thoughts.
• This is a full-time live‑in role for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting children and understands that progress happens through patience, consistency and care.
• The right candidate will support the child with communication, learning, daily routines, hygiene, emotional regulation, safety and independence.
• We are looking for someone kind, structured and responsible who can become a trusted support for the child across home, school and therapy routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the child with daily learning play, school readiness, and structured activities.
• Assist the child in using her AAC communication device during daily routines, learning, play and social interaction.
