**What you ́ll do***:- Supports the deployment of global TLL strategy, policies and processes in alignment with regional and local characteristics and needs- Supports the coordination of the leadership, learning and talent & performance management activities and promotes best practices- Communicates and raises attention about regional/local learning and talent & performance management agenda and priorities- Aids in designing, developing, deployin and monitoring regional learning initiatives and programs- Participates in a regional learning network, knowledge sharing and aligning on learning needs not covered by the global offerings- Collaborates closely with learning community members to promote best practice sharing- Supports in consolidating the leadership, learning and talent & performance management needs from regional / country level- Tracks and analyses learning KPIs, monitoring and measuring learning impact and effectiveness- Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, poli...
