Children from vulnerable family backgrounds often face environmental barriers that lead to learning gaps, causing them to progress as slower learners. As our Learning Specialist, you will be the strategic architect behind our English language intervention.
Reporting directly to the Head of TYA, you will design robust literacy curricula and build practical resources and strategies. Your primary mission is to equip and empower our community of volunteer mentors, giving them the tools and confidence they need to establish a strong, lasting foundation in English literacy for children aged 5 to 14.
