Job Title: Learning Solution Manager | Location: Canada
About the Role
Learning Solutions Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment of a program of already approved projects and sub projects relating to a larger need. They will partner with Learning Consultants to prioritize, plan and communicate with stakeholders. They will lead the creation of high‑level program and project plans to support the design, development, delivery, and implementation of instructor‑led training materials, web‑based learning solutions, or game‑based learning in a matrix organization. Where needed, they will oversee one or more Level1 PMs and internal and client status meetings, create and review project schedules and budgets, and participate in the solution‑ing process by creating presentations and solution definitions.
