This role involves partnering with Learning Consultants to prioritize projects and communicate with stakeholders effectively. You will create comprehensive project plans for instructor-led training, web-based learning, and game-based solutions. The position oversees project schedules, budgets, and the performance of Level 1 PMs while contributing to solution presentations and definitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with project stakeholders and team members
• Monitor project progress and report throughout the lifecycle
• Drive improvements across projects and processes
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings and events
• Communicate updates to all relevant participants
