A trusted Learning Manager who partners with Key Business Stakeholders to create and execute the end-to-end learning initiatives.
Ensure that the training and development programs drive the Learning agenda to meet business goals integrating global and regional strategy while adhering to local requirements.
The job holder needs to ensure HSBC is equipped to meet these challenges better than its competitors.
**Main activities**
- Be the 'bridge' between Learning and the Business establishing demand planning and managing the business relationships.
- Carries out the end-to-end Learning process
- Oversight of budget in conjunction with Americas/in Country Learning team
- Work with global and regional teams to develop key initiatives to achieve Business & Functions goals.
