As a Learning Project Analyst , you’ll play a key role in shaping how our teams learn, grow, and perform. You’ll lead impactful learning initiatives from start to finish—combining project leadership with data-driven insights to drive real business results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end learning projects that support Customer Experience teams
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and deliverables
- Turn business data and performance insights into effective learning strategies
- Partner with learning teams and business stakeholders to design impactful solutions
- Measure success through participation, skill development, behavior change, and performance outcomes
