Learning Professional - Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing comprehensive learning journeys that support competence development across both divisions, using input from subject matter experts in all departments.

You will collaborate with content developers to curate and create engaging learning materials in various formats, including eLearning, video, podcasts, and more. In this role, you will design structured, learner-centric training journeys aligned with divisional strategies, translate technical and business input into engaging learning experiences with clear objectives, and work closely with subject matter experts to gather content and define learning goals.
