**How You'll Make an Impact**
- Manage and maintain the CornerstoneSBX LMS platform, ensuring its smooth operation and accessibility.
- Configure and customize the LMS to meet organizational needs and user requirements.
- Map courses and learning activities to competencies to support employee development.
- Provide first-line support to LMS users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in education, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as an LMS Administrator, preferably with the CornerstoneSBX platform.
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in LMS configuration and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Must be fluent in the English Language
