Responsibilities and Impact
Collaborate closely with Learning Business Partners and Design & Enablement Teams to create engaging and relevant learning experiences.
Build, implement, and facilitate curricula that align with strategic objectives.
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across various levels to understand business demands and conduct learning needs analyses.
Work in an agile manner to prioritize needs aligned with strategy.
Support annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and curriculum reviews.
Assess the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals and making data-driven adjustments.
