We are looking for an experienced Learning Manager who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning programs focused on compliance, technical, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) for our manufacturing sites in Mexico.
As part of your role, you will also contribute to optimize learning practices, ensure consistent and impactful training, and align programs with organizational priorities to drive workforce capability, compliance, and safety culture.
**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
- Develop and implement a learning strategy aligned with organizational goals, focused on compliance, legal, HSE and technical requirements.
- Lead the implementation of the learning management systems to ensure compliance of all legal & HSE requirements for our manufacturing sites.
