**JOB DUTIES:
Support and administer ADI Global Distribution's Learning Management Systems including ADI University and gamification platform.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration
- System User Management: add, delete, and update system users
- Course and Curriculum Management: upload, test and launch learning content, courses, curriculum and learning journeys.
Assign learning content to appropriate roles
- Create and distribute learning reports
- Monitor and respond to questions/issues regarding ADI University: troubleshoot and resolve LMS user and administration issues
- Maintain participant records
Documentation / Communications
- Manage ADI University mailbox and calendar
- Develop and revise LMS administration tasks and user guidelines, standard work processes
